I shall continue to feed some material to you, starting now. These will tend to come by fleet number, as that is how they are arranged. Of the pictures, one shows AEC/EE/ Cravens vehicles 233 and 300 in Park Road near the Guidlhall on the gloomy Wednesday 13 February 1963. 233 is overtakeing 300, which has dropped its booms to let it pass: 300 would subsequently make a U-turn on the Park Road short-working. In the next picture 233 is making the U-turn, but this was rather special, as Friday 21 June 1963 was the last time any trolleybus would turn here, as the 17/18 service would come off the following day, and with it, trolleybus 233. The U-turn completed, 233 is now stuck in traffic at the junction of Park Road and Guildhall Square, on the same occasion (Friday 21 June 1963). The next picture shows AEC/EE/Craven vehicles 246 and 248 at a scrapyard near Portsmouth gasworks on Monday 9 September 1963. Today the trolleybuses, dog, scrapyard and even the (coal) gasworks are all long gone. There are plenty more to come, but each batch has to be fairly small> I will also get pictures of 201 (in preservation) and 313 (in service) to you asap.
