Pictures 316 and 321 show the 667 trolleybus about to turn right at Busch Corner for its exciting easterly drive through Brentford, Chiswick and onwards to the Marketplace [southern tip of Hammersmith Grove] at Hammersmith Broadway.

Busch Corner is unique. Over the years it has seen the first of the London Electric Trams, then the trolleybuses and in April 2004 saw the beauty of Concorde passing by on a low loader [like rolling skates!] on its journey from Heathrow to the barge awaiting it at Isleworth riverside. That Concorde ended up at the Museum of Scotland.

Great pictures. I used to live Epworth Rd, Busch Corner, your picture 316 looks across to Marlborough Roadd and Epworth was off there. In the distance you can see Mr Blackfords coach parked outside his house; used to be Blackford Coaches later Isleworth Coaches. Behind Mr Blackfords coach you can see the power station [still there].

This must have been taken 50s as I remember the last 657 going past the Coach & Horses pub [500yrds] from Busch Corner towards Brentford about 1961?? it was all lit up and sad to see.

Many is the time I would jump off the 667 with my mates as it swung round the corner in the picture and nearly go through the coblers window on the way back from Isleworth swimming baths. Tylers chemist in the background, who my Mum knew well and just see the wool shop.

Picture 317 shows the cafe next to Tylers, where my Mum worked, which had a board outside advertising Chiswick Empire for which the owner would get 2 tickets where I saw Marty Wilde. Yes great pictures, is it possible to obtain any? You have probably seen Youtube and 657 trolleybus. All the best.
